Thanks for these other websites. They were very informative. The only thing I can not get an answer to is exercise. When can we start exercising?, how hard and intense can we exerciser after having the lap-band?

hey hungarianhalfbreed, my doc told me that as soon as i felt i could - i should. it is a person-by-person basis. don't push yourself too hard. he suggested that i start walking and add more intense cardio and weight training 2 weeks post-op. so take my (well, his) advice --- do what you feel you can - but don't push yourself!!!

i walked for the first 2 weeks and then joined curves, which combines cardio and weight training. i need to add more cardio - but haven't done so yet.

hope that helps!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
