I just had my second fill and I am at 2.6 cc's in a 4cc band and I NOW totally get what the sweet spot is and what true restriction feels like. I am able to eat about 3/4 of a cup of solid protein and I am full until the next meal. I am not hungry between meals anymore!!! I also have learned what the true meaning of chewing is. I totally understand it now! Just had to share. Thanks to all of you who have been such a great source of support over these last few months.

It is such a totally different world! I thought after my first fill was so agressive I was good but I obviously did not know that THIS is what is supposed to happen! I feel like a kid at Christmas!

Neal, Yes, finally outta bandster hell!!! It is funny how much harder it is to go back to liquids after a fill. It seemed so much easier right after surgery.

Kathy, you always make me laugh. You are dong just fine what are you worried about? You are so adorable already.
