Green Zone: OPTIMAL ZONE (Optimal weight loss)

I think that's a good postcard. I plan to write them down. I need to get back in the green zone. (currently in the yellow)
Thanks for sharing.

ok, I have a question. I had my first fill yesterday. I have 1.5 cc in a 4 cc band. Well, I have been hungry all day. I have been taking it easy today as instructed, but I know I could eat anything. I ate half a can of tuna and could not feel any restriction. So, if I do need more fill, how soon do doc's usually do another one?

My doctor makes us wait 4 weeks in between in one. I would suggest tracking what you are able to eat for the next few days and if you feel you are in the "yellow" zone call your doctor to see the fill policy. I know some bandsters don't have to wait that long in between. Good luck to you!

My doctor's office will do one after 2 weeks if you are hungy and/or haven't lost a couple of lbs.. I've always waited too long. I'm going to start working this band better, and that means getting fills if I need them. I'm so motivated to get this gone by April.
On Weds, my fill nurse showed me that little card, but she didn't give one to me. She pointed to the yellow zone and said that was where I was. The green zone is where I need to be.
