Im 19 weeks and have gained 6 lb i pretty much eat what i want i do crave sweets but dont eat a lot of it. I try to eat healthy not going out to eat lots of fruits low carbs. but when i get on the scale im like i need to lose weight. for almost a year its been lose weight lose weight and now it was you dont need to gain 35lb you could gain 10 and the baby would be fine. so im stressing if i gain more then that. Im thinking I have 19 more weeks to go and this is when you gain the most. obviously i would never do anything to harm the baby If im hungry I will eat I just try to make good decisions. Its a physcological thing you go through so much to lose and watching what you eat it's hard to gain it back. anyone else deal with this .

yes I am dealing with it now but 19 weeks and only a 6lb gain is pretty darn good if you ask me. I am 14 weeks and have put on 7lbs already so you can see the difference. It is hard for all of us who have struggled with weight all our lives because we are always focused on losing weight and when your pregnant gaining weight is impossible to avoid...so we just have to accept it and know that after we have the baby we will try our bests to get back on track and get back to pre pregnancy weight. Dealing with my self image and how I don't quite look pregnant yet but just fat is hard on me. I am sure it is for many of us.
