I had to get down on the floor to help my mom get her tree skirt around the base of her Cmas tree tonight. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I was able to get back up to a standing postion, even being pregnant.

I commented to my dad that I can still get up off the floor easier now, being pregnant, than what I could before having my surgery. He said, "Well you've lost a lot of weight!"

It sure made a big ol pregnant girly feel good to hear that from her dad's mouth, even if I am an adult now. :nod:

Oh yeah! That's a good one. Crawl around on the floor some more, just so you have to get up! LOL Nah, you'll have plenty of floor time at little one grows. :)

Kelly, you are sooo brave. I don't have the courage yet to try floor exercises, for fear that they will have to get a crane to get me up.

I guess I have too many bad memories of being on the floor and crawling to the nearest sofa to get up.

There will be a sonic boom across the country when I finally get on the floor and up by myself -- it will be my shout of joy.
