Hi everyone,
The St. Al's Lapband meeting on March 28th was excellent. We had people at the meeting who were contemplating banding, recently banded, and banded a year or more. The discussion covered everything from clothes, what to eat, getting stuck and how we feel about how we look. The meeting started at 7 and we continued to talk and discuss until 9:15 PM. I'm sorry you weren't able to come because it was really good information and support.
The next meeting is at St. Al's at 7 PM on April 25. I hope to see you there. Some of us meet at Applebee's for dinner at about 5:15. We'd love to have you join us.
