I'm finding I'm having a real problem with being absolutely starving all the time lately despite my fill last week.

I'm now running up to 10km at a time, although not every run, but I usually do 6 on the easier days. I'm also just starting weights - I've made up a viscious full body circuit that I did at home, combined with intervals on my treadmill which according to my little jigger burns about 800 calories a session. I'm planning on doing that (or other lifting) 3 times per week as well as running. So I'm doing something very vigorious usually six days per week - although its just been running till now.

Trouble is I'm ravenous. I eat breakfast and literally an hour and half later you can hear my stomach grumbling from accross a crowded room. I have restriction in that I cant eat a lot at one time, but I think my body is simply crying out for more food.

But I'm not really losing at the moment. 0.8kg for the last month. I'm nearly at goal weight but I dont know what to do - whether to go for more fill (had one last Friday) or whether that wont help at all, and that I just need to eat six times per day. What do you reckon? Anyone got any suggestions?

When I am exercising a lot, I need to eat more also. So, I just don't exercise as much :)
Just kidding. Maybe you need a smidge more of the magic juice?

Jacqui, that was happening to me too. I told Tricia in a private PM that I was feeling savagely..or animalistic with regards to food and that it's b/c of the crazy workouts and burning 1,500+ calories during workouts that get me starved. I eat 6 small meals a day and it's helping. I suggest the same for you.

I consider fruit, yogurt, protein shakes a meal so those are my filler meals from the actual meat and potatoes deal.
