Icing on the cake

I am so happy. Today I had my first post-op check up. this is all very new to me as I am now just 10 dayspost-op. My wounds are good, but the icing on the cake was when the nurse told me I had lost 7 kgs. Fortunately I was able to resist the cake! I have not found this first 10 days too hard to limit what I eat. Does this feeling continue? I hope so.:p :clap2:

That feeling has lasted for me. The curbing of the hunger--it has been awesome!! I can make healthy choices, if I am not simply starving and frantic for food. I love my band!!!
