i hope you all don't think i am crazy because i have been posting so much lately, but i just find you all so supportive and i feel it is okay to come here and share my bandster thoughts and experiences. here is the latest:

*for the last little while here, i have no appetite at night. during the day i eat every 2 hours. then by 4:30 or 5 i have a light snack. then i get home and exercise and i am done. i literally feel full for the night. i feel like i just ate a 4oz meal. and i feel that way for the rest of the night. my husband is bothered by it because he thinks it is unhealthy for me not to have dinner. but, should i eat when i am not the least bit hungry?

*despite nsvs like the ones i listed here yesterday and new ones like: my best friend gave me some clothes she doesn;t wear anymore. 2 outfits were a 10 and i could fit them. when i got the band in june of this year, my 14s were too tight and so 16s were too. the 10s fit with room to spare at the top in the breast area. she also gave me some 8s. they had room to spare everywhere except for right across the butt. #2) my wedding ring is too big, again. it hangs out right at my knuckles. it needs to go down a size. #3) i can zip my fashion boots all the way up to my knees instead of only zipping them up halfway. despite these changes, when i look in the mirror i see the old me. what is up with that?

As far as eating when you're not hungry...it depends on what school of thought you subscribe to. I am supposed to eat six times per day. Therefore sometimes I'm not necessarily hungry but it's time to eat, so I do. Eating multiple times per day is important to help balance your metabolism and glucose. If your last meal is around 4PM then it's going to be more than 12 hours before you eat again, probably more like 14-16 depending on when you wake. This is probably too long for your body to go without food. I'd try modifying my schedule and space out my day time eating so that my last meal is a little later.

As for not being able to see your success...that is an extremely common feeling. I struggle with it too. I don't have an answer for that, I wish I did!
