Hello everyone!
Had my surgery Nov. 7th. Everything went well, great physician, great hospital, great experience. I have been trouble with some neurological problems wich are not allowing me to walk well, but it has happened with past surgery...ui thought this time it would be different since I have been symptom free for 5 years!!!! I guess surgery, howver minor is wuite a shock to your body:eek: I am getting back slowly...chiropractor, a bit of massage, gettng back on my supplements even if I have to crush everything and trying to not let this freak me out! I will be back with a vengance!!

Hope you are all well! I have lost 11 lbs since surgery!

Hey, are you a D.O. or what? I love natural stuff...Tea Tree Oil is a fave of mine for all kinds of things, and I love Aloe Vera Juice for post-op, post-fill, post-PB, or any ole time for a bandster. I grab a swig at bedtime, especially if my throat is the least bit irritated. It's GREAT having someone around to ask about these things! Thanks!
