Sorry, I was off the boards for awhile. I live in St. Louis. I had my surgery at Wash U and not as pleased as I thought I'd be neither is my sister. They sucked us in and now they have turned our care over to a PA not the doctor. The excuse is because his practice has exploded! So, they take your money and send you on your way.

Sorry to hear that. I am often reminded of how fortunate I am, my surgeon has a great staff, I generally see the PA as well but knew that going in and am comfortable with it. Hang in there. HOw is your restriction level right now?

My restriction sucks right now and I'm up from 2 weeks ago when they reduced me because of over filling me. Also, didn't help I went on a mini vacation and off the band way!!! Go in tomorrow and will discuss putting some of it back in.

I had a fill yesterday too; only my 3rd and I really had no restriction. She added 2 cc's, now up to 7 in a 10 cc band. Really hoping to kick it with this fill, only down 2.5 lbs in 1 1/2 months. Doing liquids again today, am a bit apprehensive pb's etc as I've not had enough restriction for that to be a problem yet; would like to avoid it forever but know that is unlikely, seems we all have to learn the hard way : )
