I'm so sorry I missed lunch yesterday. My oldest daughter had a BABY--3 days early. My second grandchild. I'm on such a high about it--also exhausted. Did you make any plans for December? Thanks for the welcome and all of you who have reached out to me. It means so much!!

Okay, glo, so you are excused from missing lunch, I guess! Congratulations!!!! How wonderful! We did make Dec plans, but I can't remember...I think we are doing a Sunday afternoon, 4 or 5 at Ruby Tuesdays. Maybe the 10th? And if you want to participate in an ornament exchange, bring one wrapped and we'll draw numbers. Anyhow, congrats again on the grandbaby! Boy or girl? Name? Weight and length? We need the scoop!

His name is Brody--6 pounds 4 ounces. Being a grandmother is my favorite thing I've ever done!!

Can't wait to see you in December. I'm getting my food plan in order and am beginning to drop. Those mushies I ate for a month--well I only lost 2 pounds!

Dianne--I want to recommend Dr. Dom Coric at Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine. I am in NO pain. Without him I'd probably be in a Hoverround (one of those scooters on television) because my scoliosis was so bad. Spinal problems are not always about weight.
