Help, I never really drank or depended on caffeine, only when really needed. I work a crazy job and there are days I need to stay over and finish something. I can't have caffeine now. Can I take a supplement? Say ginseng in something, like tea?

I really needed to stay over today but I got tired and made dumb mistakes on my reports. I finally just called it a day but now I have to work Sat and Sunday morning and I'm mad about that. I already hate microsoft but when I'm tired I save docs in the wrong places. I need to be able to stay awake and alert to complete reports.

Why no caffeine? I understand no caffeine from carbonated drinks. But coffee has it. I know that they tell u caffeine can slow down ur loss-or so we r told. But n moderation along with plenty of water afterwards i dont see a problem with caffeine from time to time ( unless its a trigger for sweets as in coffee n donuts). My 2 cents.

I was told no caffeine in coffee or tea, only decaf. I think it triggers hunger. I just need to find something. The way my job is, I spend the day time fixing emergencies and I need to be able to work over, 4 hours usually, to actually get my actual reports done. I'm going to try ginseng tea.
